What are the methods of payments?
We currently accept all major credit or debit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo. Also you can make a securely check out payment through PayPal.
I get an error message when I submit my payment. What is going on?
If you are receiving an error message after you have entered your information, you may want to double check your credit/debit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your card issuer has on file. Please review all information carefully and look for any typing errors.
How long after an order is placed will it ship?
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. Shipping may take an additional 3-10 business day for delivery.
There is something wrong with items ordered. What do I do?
Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is damage/defective, please contact us within two days of receipt by filling out the form under the Contact Us tab and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
Yes we will email a prepaid label to return items to Return Center.
All items from the sale category are final sale. These items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Do you have any physical stores?
